The Rehabilitation Medicine Department drives high-quality hospital development by upholding an integrated clinical-rehabilitation philosophy. Leveraging our distinctive dual-drive model of intelligent and traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation, we are positioning the hospital as a premium smart rehabilitation center and establishing 3.0 upgraded rehabilitation department benchmarks for Jianjia Medical Group. Our department features a standardized administrative structure led by a Chief Medical Officer (who also serves as Department Director) and a Chief Medical Officer Assistant (also serving as Department Secretary). We operate 5 specialized groups, a rehabilitation outpatient clinic, and 2 treatment centers, working closely with departments such as Critical Care and Anesthesiology. We have pioneered a "Physician-Therapist-Nurse" integrated care model based on two core principles: closed-loop processes and separation of medical and technical roles. This establishes a comprehensive management cycle encompassing assessment, plan formulation, treatment implementation, outcome evaluation, and plan adjustment. Roles are clearly defined: rehabilitation physicians lead plan creation and quality control, while therapists focus exclusively on executing the treatment plans. This synergy between decision-making and execution significantly elevates the standardization and precision of our rehabilitation services.
